    We conveniently accept VISA, Mastercard, Paypal, and cash at our showroom & retail outlets.
  2. How about finance options?

    We have a few different options with finance, and even offer interest free finance. The easiest way forward is to contact us, and we can see what option is best for you in your individual circumstance.
  3. Do you have Afterpay?

    Unfortunately, not at this point in time, but if you register your interest we’ll let you know when its available.

  1. How about a warranty? What sort of protection do I have?

    Every one of our products are backed by our awesome Sleeptime guarantee. The Guarantee duration can be found on each products respective page.Each items guarantee differs, please be sure to check out our guarantee page for more information.
  2. What's this about a 120 night Sleeptime guarantee?

    That’s right, you heard it correctly. Our mattresses come with a 120 night Sleeptime guarantee, If you don’t absolutely love your mattress after 120 nights, just let us know, and we’ll give you a full refund. If you would like to return your item, just send us an email with your name, phone number and your order number and we’ll get the ball rolling.
  3. What do you do with returned products?

    All returned products go to those in need through our charity partners, or are recycled appropriately.

  5. How do I make a claim?

    If you’re the original purchaser, and you believe your item is defective, please contact us at your first available opportunity so we can get this sorted out for you as soon as possible.We encourage you to take a photo of the defect when you first notice it, and send it to us via email to info@sleeptime.com.au, with a photo of your original purchase receipt.Different products have different guarantee terms, please see our guarantee page for more information.
  6. I bought my item from garage sale, is it still covered?

    Unfortunately not, all guarantees are provided to the original purchaser only.
  7. How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

    You will receive your refund once your returned item has arrived at our collection depot. It usually takes 3 to 5 days for the refund to reach your account.
