We do endeavor to get your item to you as soon as possible,

depending on your exact location.
The days cited are counted as business days, and are from when the item is
shipped or posted.
All order totals are inclusive of all taxes and charges, unless otherwise stated, and unless the item is being shipped somewhere outside of Australia.
- For our overseas customers, please check with
your local regulations regarding taxes and duties. No refunds will be given if
the taxes and duties are not paid for.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will
receive an email with a tracking number to follow up on where your item is.
Any delays due to customs are unavoidable, and can take a considerable amount
of time.
Postage Information
All orders are shipped to the shipping address at the time
of order.
Orders are shipped by our preferred carriers, TNT and Australia Post, however we reserve the right to use other carriers when so needed.
We will only ever use a different carrier if our preferred carrier does not ship to your area, or if we believe we can get it to you sooner with the third party carrier.
We include delivery and Installation for our adjustable bed range to most areas, however, if you’re outside of the area, or if no one was home, there may be an additional delivery charge.
Please allow up to 72 hours for processing before your
parcel is sent. In most cases its within 12 hours, as we like to ensure you get
your order quickly.
If you’re not home to receive the parcel, you may be left a
card giving you instructions on how to collect your parcel. No refunds will be given if an order has not
been collected from the collection point.
If an item is returned to us, or if a re-delivery is organized, additional
charges may apply for re-delivery.
